Richard Barrett - Founding Shareholder

On qualifying as a barrister and economist, Richard Barrett developed his interest in property law, finance and taxation and was involved in property development before setting up Treasury Holdings with John Ronan in 1989. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Harvard University Graduate School of Design for Urban Development.

John Ronan - Founding Shareholder

John Ronan has been involved in the Irish property market for over 30 years. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he founded Treasury Holdings together with Richard Barrett in 1989. John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Robert Tincknell - Managing Director of Treasury Holdings UK & International

Robert Tincknell has worked extensively in the UK property investment and development market spanning over a period of 20 years. Robert worked previously as Managing Director of the Commercial Division at The Berkeley Group plc, one of the UK's largest developers. Robert is a member of The Executive Committee of The Academy of Urbanism.

Jeremy Castle - Planning Director of Treasury Holdings UK

Jeremy Castle is a Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years experience of delivering planning consent for major regeneration projects in London and the rest of the UK. He joined Treasury from Legal & General Property in 2008, where he was Head of Planning. At Legal & General, his Central London projects included Walbrook Square and Central Saint Giles, and he also managed a 250 acre mixed use scheme in Berkshire.

David Twohig - Development Director, Treasury Holdings UK

David Twohig joined Treasury Holdings in 2003. In 2005, after two years in the Dublin office, he moved to Treasury Holdings China Ltd where the company was undertaking the development of a number of large mixed use projects including the 45m sqft eco city at Dongtan, with joint venture partners SIIC. David, in his role of Development Director also assisted with the IPO of Treasury’s China listed vehicle, CREO. In 2008 he returned to Europe and is now based in the UK office in the role of Development Director, where he is overseeing the development functions at Battersea Power Station.

Matthew Taylor – Finance Director of Treasury Holdings UK

Matthew Taylor is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience of operating and financing large scale property developments. He joined Treasury from Lend Lease Corporation in 2008, where he was UK Chief Financial Officer, Lend Lease Communities. At Lend Lease his London projects included the major mixed use urban regeneration projects at Greenwich Peninsula and Elephant & Castle, together comprising more than 17 m sq ft of proposed development.
