Elena Nizkovskaya has been working in the real estate industry more than 15 years. She previously worked as General Director of “The Tsarskoye Selo Golf-Club Saint-Petersburg”, developing the investment project related to construction of the sport/culture/business and golf-club tourism facility on the territory of Pushkin district, Saint-Petersburg, Russia. She joined Treasury Holdings in 2006 and at the present moment she brings a wealth of experience to her role as Head Representative of the Treasury Holdings Russia office. Elena has a PhD in Design and Construction, Leningrad State University of Construction and Architecture.
