Irish Independent- IRELAND rugby players Shane Morgan and Malcolm O'Kelly lent their support to the launch of 13 new retail units developed by Treasury Holdings at Spencer Dock on Friday last. The new units are situated right between Dublin's new Convention Centre and 600 luxury apartments at Spencer Dock in one of Dublin Dockland's busiest locations. Rents range from €430 to €538 per sqm.
Over 13,000 people already live within a 15 minute walk of the new shops.

Sunday Business Post- The eagerly anticipated Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) at Spencer Dock is ahead of its target completion date of September 2010, according to chief executive Nick Waight.
The 44,000 square metre development has been drawing steady interest from abroad in recent months. It already has 18 contracted bookings with international associations, some of which have booked dates up to 2015.

Irish Independent- TREASURY Holdings has made significant changes to its plans for its €4.5bn redevelopment of the Battersea Power Station, a key south London landmark site. The developer has scaled back the amount of office space from an initial plan for 2.5 million square feet to 1.5 milion and previous proposals for a 250-metre eco chimney have also been dropped. However, a spokesman for Treasury's publicly quoted vehicle, Real Estate Opportunities (REO), says the overall scheme will remain the same in terms of its development space with more residential, retail and leisure space being provided.
