Over 60 office agents attended a coffee morning in the Treasury Building so they could view the recently modernized second floor space (1,879 sq m) which is now available to let. There was an American theme to the event which coincided with Thanksgiving and a competition was held where the prize was a weekend for two in New York. Paddy Conlon from CBRE was the winner having beaten Dervla Gunne, CBRE and Paul Whitty, HWBC in the final.
