Health Minister Dr James Reilly visits the Irish Centre in Shanghai on August 30th. The Irish Centre is the first not-for-profit organization in Shanghai Independently sponsored and operated by Treasury China Trust.  It is dedicated to the cultural, educational and business exchanges between Ireland and China.
