Treasury Holdings' development at Spencer Dock received the award for the Irish Commercial Development of the Year last night given by Property Week in association with the Irish Independent and Belfast Telegraph. In addition, PricewaterhouseCoopers, whose headquarters are located at Spencer Dock, received the award for Irish Occupier of the Year.
