CREO secures major tenant in Shanghai
China Real Estate Opportunities (CREO), the quoted property company linked to Irish developer Treasury Holdings, has secured its major tenant SPK. it the Treasury Building in Shanghai for another three years. A new tenant Bank of Beijing, is also taking space in building where occupancy stands at 90%. CREO announced last week it had secured new loan facilities for the building.
