Treasury Holdings wins St Petersburg investor award
Irish developer Treasury Holdings has been awarded the Best Foreign Investor 2008 award for its Tsarkoye Selo Golf Club Saint-Petersburg by the City Administration of St Petersburg. The 677-acre development, close to the grounds of the city’s The Catherine Palace, comprises a five-star hotel, golf villas, golf apartments and an 18-hole championship golf course.
Richard Barrett, founding director of Treasury Holdings said: "This is a significant achievement for Treasury Holdings. This is the very first time that a real estate company has been chosen by St.Petersburg’s City Administration in Pushkin district and we are proud to have won the award in light of the stiff competition we faced. |
