	Kevin Kelly - Chairman / Non-Executive Director
	Kevin Kelly joined Treasury Holdings in 2000. Kevin was previously Managing Director of John Sisk & Son Ltd, Ireland’s leading building contractors, where he worked on a number of substantial construction projects in Ireland as well as the UK and Africa.
	John Ronan - Founding Shareholder
	John Ronan has been involved in the Irish property market for over 30 years. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he founded Treasury Holdings together with Richard Barrett in 1989. John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
	Paddy Teahon - Non-Executive Director
	Paddy Teahon is a Non-Executive Director of Treasury Holdings. He has almost four decades of experience in the Irish Civil Service, having worked for seven years as Head of the Department of the Taoiseach (Prime Minister) from 1993-2000. He is currently a Director of Teahon Consulting Ltd, which advises a number of Irish and multinational companies.
	John Bruder - Managing Director, Treasury Holdings Ireland John Bruder is Managing Director of Treasury Holdings Ireland. He has over 30 years experience in property and investment management and was previously Head of Property with AIB Investment Managers Ltd. In 2001 he served as President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland. He has an MBA from University College Dublin. Dee Ahearn - Director of Sales & Marketing Dee Ahearn joined Treasury Holdings as Director of Sales & Marketing in 2005. She was previously Group Marketing Director of CBRE where she worked for eight years. Dee has responsibility for devising Treasury Holdings’ strategy for the development and management of its commercial and residential portfolios. Robert Davies - Director of Retail and Leisure Robert Davies joined Treasury Holdings as Director of Retail & Leisure in 2006. As a registered architect in the UK, Robert has over 20 years of experience in the Leisure and Retail market. Rob was previously Development Director for Holmes Place, a chain of UK premium health clubs.
	Sonja Price - Solicitor
	Sonja Price joined Treasury Holdings' legal team in 2006 and advises on the Treasury Holdings property portfolio and future developments in Ireland and abroad. Previously Sonja was a Partner at William Fry, one of Ireland’s leading law practices. She has significant projects experience including project financing and specialises in Public Private Partnerships.
