Richard Barrett - Founder, Treasury Holdings China

On qualifying as a barrister and economist, Richard Barrett developed his interest in property law, finance and taxation and was involved in property development before setting up Treasury Holdings with John Ronan in 1989. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Harvard University Graduate School of Design for Urban Development

Robert Tincknell - Vice Chaiman, Treasury Holdings China

Robert Tincknell has worked extensively in the UK property investment and development market spanning over a period of 20 years. Robert worked previously as Managing Director of the Commercial Division at The Berkeley Group plc, one of the UK's largest developers. Robert is a member of The Executive Committee of The Academy of Urbanism.

Richard David has worked in the real estate industry since 1981 and brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director of Treasury Holdings China. Richard has been working in China since 1999 and his most recent role of over 7 years was the Head of China Real Estate for Macquarie Bank Limited of Australia.
  Simon Harding-Roots - Chief Operating Officer
Simon joins THCL with over 20 years of international property development experience. A qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS) he specialises in delivering major mixed use projects. Following 8 years in Dubai where he was responsible for some of the region's most successful retail led mixed use schemes for a leading development organisation, Simon spent two and a half years with an international investment and private equity firm in Bahrain establishing their development portfolio. This included the award winning 'Bahrain Bay' waterfront scheme, valued at US$2 billion.

 

 

 

 

  

Ronghua Wang - Chief Representative (Beijing)  

 Ronghua is a Representative and Polical Adviser to Treasury Holding's Shanghai office. Previously he was Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of Iceland. Aside from his diplomatic career, he served as General Manager of two state-owned companies and has previously worked as a Vice President in Shanghai Institute of International Finance for two years.
