Identifying Russia as a key emerging economy, whilst complementing Treasury Holdings global diversification strategy, in 2006 Treasury Holdings expanded into Russia with an office contingent of over 15 people in St. Petersburg. As the second largest city in Russia and the fourth in Europe, Treasury Holdings has identified a number of exciting development projects in the area.
