Following the successful sale of most of the Group’s UK property assets in 2005 and 2006, Treasury Holdings re-entered the UK market with the purchase of the 15 hectare Battersea Power Station site in December 2006 through Real Estate Opportunities (“REO”).

With 380 metres of prime riverside frontage in the London Borough of Wandsworth, the site represents one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Central London, and once developed, would create an unrivalled 21^st century mixed-use living and working environment.
