Richard Barrett is a graduate in economics and law, as well as being a barrister. He co-founded and owns 50% of Treasury Holdings ("TH"), a global real estate company employing over 1,000 professionals, specialising in sustainable development, with operations in Ireland, UK, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Russia and China, where it is one of the leading foreign developers of commercial real estate.

Richard is a Senior Research Fellow of the Asian Competitiveness Institute at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy which is a constituent part of the National University of Singapore.

Richard has been a member of Harvard University's Graduate School of Design's Advisory Board. He is a member of the Global Irish Forum and was Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. 

Rory joined Treasury Holdings in 2001 as Head of Legal and was appointed a Director in 2002. He has overall responsibility for all legal aspects of the business and operational activities of the Treasury Holdings Group. He was previously a partner in the corporate department of Arthur Cox, a leading Irish law firm.

Richard David has worked in the real estate industry since 1981 and brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director of Treasury Holdings China. Richard has been working in China since 1999 and his most recent role of over 7 years was the Head of China Real Estate for Macquarie Bank Limited of Australia.

Richard is the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel of the Trustee-Manager. In 2007, he joined Treasury Holdings China, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Treasury Holdings, as General Counsel.  Mr Ding has over 17 years of experience serving in a number of senior executive management and legal positions, with responsibility encompassing general management, investment management, legal risk management, corporate compliance, as well as corporate transaction negotiation and execution where he successfully lead the completion of a wide range of corporate transactions.

Before joining Trasury China Trust, Mr. Yang was with Metro AG as the Head of Construction and Equipment, responsible for Metro China's overall planning, design, construction and property management. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Yang was wtih Gazeley Ltd, a UK developer that was formerly owned by Wal-Mart. Mr. Yang graduated from Tong Ji University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and also holds a Master of Engineering Degree from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
