Richard Barrett is a graduate in economics and law, as well as being a barrister. He co-founded and owns 50% of Treasury Holdings ("TH"), a global real estate company employing over 1,000 professionals, specialising in sustainable development, with operations in Ireland, UK, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Russia and China, where it is one of the leading foreign developers of commercial real estate.

Richard is a Senior Research Fellow of the Asian Competitiveness Institute at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy which is a constituent part of the National University of Singapore.

Richard has been a member of Harvard University's Graduate School of Design's Advisory Board. He is a member of the Global Irish Forum and was Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. 

John Ronan has been involved in the Irish property market for over 30 years. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he founded Treasury Holdings together with Richard Barrett in 1989. John is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Robert Tincknell has worked extensively in the UK property investment and development market spanning over a period of 20 years. Robert worked previously as Managing Director of the Commercial Division at The Berkeley Group plc, one of the UK's largest developers.

John Bruder is Managing Director of Treasury Holdings Ireland. He has over 30 years experience in property and investment management and was previously Head of Property with AIB Investment Managers Ltd. In 2001 he served as President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland. He has an MBA from University College Dublin.

Rory joined Treasury Holdings in 2001 as Head of Legal and was appointed a Director in 2002. He has overall responsibility for all legal aspects of the business and operational activities of the Treasury Holdings Group. He was previously a partner in the corporate department of Arthur Cox, a leading Irish law firm.

Paddy Teahon is a Non-Executive Director of Treasury Holdings. He has almost four decades of experience in the Irish Civil Service, having worked for seven years as Head of the Department of the Taoiseach (Prime Minister) from 1993-2000. He is currently a Director of Teahon Consulting Ltd, which advises a number of Irish and multinational companies.

Richard David has worked in the real estate industry since 1981 and brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director of Treasury Holdings China. Richard has been working in China since 1999 and his most recent role of over 7 years was the Head of China Real Estate for Macquarie Bank Limited of Australia.

Niall joined Treasury in 2003 and became Group Finance Director in early 2011, having previously worked primarily on raising finance for the acquisition and development of the Group's properties. He has worked on Treasury Holdings projects in Ireland, Spain and China, across a range of asset types including offices, industrial, shopping centres, hotels and residential. Niall is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having qualified with Arthur Andersen in Ireland.
