Treasury Holdings’ development at Spencer Dock received the award for the Irish Commercial Development of the Year last night given by Property Week in association with the Irish Independent and Belfast Telegraph.

In addition, PricewaterhouseCoopers, whose headquarters are located at Spencer Dock, received the award for Irish Occupier of the Year.

Overlooking the River Liffey, Spencer Dock has an eye catching modern design and the highest specification office facilities. The development is the cornerstone of a dramatic revitalisation of Dublin’s Docklands. No 3 Spencer Dock, a state of the art office building extending 11,157 sqm, launched to the market two months ago. The new Convention Centre Dublin is expected to open at Spencer Dock by 2010. Ultimately, the Treasury Holdings’ development, covering 20 hectares of land, will offer more than 300,000 sqm of commercial space, accompanied by luxury residences and many services.
